Pindam Movie Storyline
Anthony (Sreeram), a Christian, is an accountant in a rice mill. He lives in a house in Shuklapet with his wife Mary (Khushi Ravi), two daughters (Sophia, and Tara), and mother Suramma. It is an old house. Anthony buys the house thinking it will come at a lower price. After moving into the house, unexpected events occur to the Anthony family. Mary, who is pregnant, is admitted to the hospital. Tara, a mute little girl, is possessed by a spirit. Occult forces try to kill the family.
At such a time, Annamma (Ishwari Rao) steps in to help them. Annamma realizes that it is not a spirit that haunts the Anthony family..there are many spirits in the house. What is the story of those souls? How did they die? Why did Anthony have to buy that old house? What happened in that house before that? What did my grandmother do to remove the spirits from that house? What are the problems faced by Annamma to shake off the spirit that possessed her little daughter Tara? How did Annamma finally save the Anthony family? Why is Loknath (Avasala Srinivas) interested in learning about this incident in 1932? To know that, you have to watch the movie ‘Pindam’.
Sriram was impressed with his different looks and body language. But there are no scenes showing his heroism in this. He acted the emotional scenes well. And Khushi Ravi appeared in a different role as Mary. She looks pregnant throughout the film. But she has no strong scenes in the story. Eshwari Rao has acted wonderfully as Annamma.
The whole story revolves around her. Sofia and the two small children who played the stars are a special attraction of the movie. Especially in the climax, Chinnari’s performance is frightening. As Loknath, Vasarala Srinivasa Rao acted to the extent of his role. As far as technical matters are concerned.. the main strength of this movie is Krishna Saurabh Soorampally’s music. He scared some places with his own BGM. The cinematography is good. The production values are high as per the level of the film.
